We had very specific needs for our Salesforce community related to usability. NIM had 4 MVPs on the team to deliver what we needed on a tight deadline. Our community relaunch was a success and all initial grant-based goals were met. We are now on a path toward a bright future! Whereas many nonprofits will benefit from NIMs broad nonprofit knowledge. They’re also great at just getting hard work done!
