Kris Rochford
Kris is a lifetime Montana resident who came to NiM in 2019 with 30 years of banking experience. He obtained his graduate degree in 2005 from the Pacific Coast Banking School in Seattle WA. His vast experience in banking has provided him with skills and knowledge in many industries. His most recent banking years were as a commercial lender and branch manager. In addition to his Montana experiences he also enjoyed an opportunity as the VP of Lending for the Bank of St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands for three years. He also spent time as a banker in Salmon Idaho and as a fly fishing guide in both Montana and Wyoming. He came to NiM because he felt like the banking industry was losing it’s human touch and just not that much fun anymore. NiM was an instant fit because “you can see and feel the positive difference you can make to non-profits and much more.” “Making that positive difference in the world and in individual lives is something no compensation or corporate praise can replace.” Kris and his three children live in Montana. He enjoys spending time with family, fishing, a family cabin on the continental divide, and anything that involves his children.
