As a Project Manager and Business Analyst, Ryan guides clients in removing layers of abstraction to deliver value from their technology investment. He has two primary goals by doing this: enable clients to understand their system and to streamline projects and deliver on outcomes.
Ryan got his start in the nonprofit sector seven years ago working in direct service for a human services agency, an experience he holds dear. It showed him the great work people are doing; work which is so often hidden from public view.
He then spent over four years at a national nonprofit, configuring and implementing Salesforce for HQ and numerous affiliates. In the process, he trained everyone from case managers to program directors, and helped direct overall technology through a period of growth. He applies this experience and behind-the-curtain knowledge to connect client motivations to the solutions they need.
Ryan started working at Now IT Matters in April 2018.
Throughout all his work, Ryan tries to tease out the humor of everyday life, weave in his design background where possible, and discover what can be discovered; in organizations, in others and in himself. Ryan hails from northern NJ where he lives with his wife, two kiddos and their dog. Speculative/science fiction is the rug that ties his ‘room’ together.
