Angela Adams has led product and professional services delivery in the social impact sector since 2004. Angela brings an interdisciplinary, holistic approach to business analysis, technical architecture, process design, and professional development. Part geek, part wayfinder, and all analyst, Angela is adept at finding themes hidden in complex user stories and creating and executing a plan for transformation.
Angela came to Now IT Matters after eight years of employment with the national leader in child abuse risk management, where she managed their online training and background check product lines. Through this position, Angela learned firsthand the importance of training, user and consumer feedback, adoption, change management, and governance. These priorities undergird Angela’s approach in Salesforce strategic consulting and implementations.
Angela completed a BA from the University of Texas, Arlington in English/Writing, graduate studies in social work, and a graduate certificate in Theological Studies. Angela is a proud alum of Seth Godin’s altMBA 33 and is an altMBA Coach.
